Phong is pretty much the standard again. It gives a smooth highlight, which, like Lambert, is actually pretty close to what plastic does. If the surface is not quite a mirror finish, then Phong will do a good job at it. Glossy paint, plastics, laquers, and polished metals will look pretty good with Phong highlights.
