The Time Slider is a blue rectangle with a blue triangle at its top with a number inside it on the Timeline. The number represents the current frame. This can be in Frames, SMPTE Time Code, Film Key Code or the time in seconds. You can LMB click and drag on it to change the current frame, or just LMB click somewhere in the time line to snap the Time Slider to that particular time.
